The new, large, modern production plant with an area of 9,000 m2 will more than double the current capacity. Logistics, warehouse and the production hall have been perfectly prepared for a smooth production process, following the principles of Lean Manufacturing. The production hall has been divided into zones assigned to individual machine lines, where the delivery of components takes place at the entrance and the receipt of ready machines at the exit. And all this while maintaining the highest safety standards.
And that's not all. We are currently building a new showroom where we shortly will organize presentations and tests of GM machines.

The LC350 joins GM’s expanding portfolio of converting lines that are capable of producing labels in a web width of 350mm. It is a compact, cost-effective and fully digital laser finishing machine, which offers complex label finishing with superior cut quality, varnishing and spot varnishing with the SmartFlexo semi-rotary module, as well as lamination, cold foil, web slitting and dual rewind. Other options include Corona treater, SmartSlit slitting module with automatic knife positioning system and a barcode reader for fast job change or quick recall of existing jobs.
The GM EB30 EBEAM is an innovative, inline or offline selective or flood coating solution for digitally printed webs in 30” width. It is 100% modular and designed for perfect integration with the HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press. The GM EB30 offers state-of-the-art coating. All EBEAM, water-based and UV varnishes can be used for a wide range of applications, including pharmaceutical, media, food and confectionery, cosmetics, consumer electronics, promotional, gifts, and more.
Oregon-based Craftsman Label is a full-service provider with conventional flexo and digital printing presses. The company specialises in high-quality labels and flexible packaging and is particularly well-known as a supplier to the high-end wine market. To better serve its customers with embellished labels, Craftsman Label has recently invested in a GM HOTFB330 Standalone Hot Foil unit.
The new HOTFB330 is replacing an older foiling and embossing unit at Craftsman to improve production speeds and capabilities for the finishing of both digital and flexo work. It will be working alongside another GM converting line, a DC330, which is already processing digitally printed labels at the company’s Portland facility. The new unit can add gold, silver or even holographic effects combined with blind embossing for great embellishment results to labels. Furthermore, the foil stamping and embossing can be performed in one pass to save on time and waste.
