Søren Traagaard joins GM Sales Team

We are pleased to announce that Søren Traagaard has strengthened our sales department as a Pre-sales Technical Consultant for Labels segment. 
Søren has 30 years of experience in the graphics industry. Søren has extensive experience in flexo technology and is very familiar with printing and label printing. Previously, he worked as Key Account Manager at Reprocentret in Denmark and was responsible for clients in Sweden and Norway.

GM helps Primoreels after fire

Incomprehensible!  That is how Henrik Sahlberg, Managing Director of the renowned Danish dairy lidding manufacturer Primoreels, describes the situation the company was left in after a devastating fire in September 2020.

The fire significantly reduced the manufacturing capacity since part of the production was affected, so all attention was focused on finding alternative ways of getting back to full production as quickly as possible. We turned to GM for help - Henrik Sahlberg explains - We can always count on GM for fast and reliable service, and this time was certainly no different. They readily offered us to use their facilities only 45 minutes away...

The first new DC350NANO installed in Denmark

A new customer, Nemprint A/S of Aarhus, Denmark, has acquired a DC350NANO, adding capacity in order to meet increasing customer demands.
Previously we produced on a cutting plotter roll-to-roll, which could run approx 4.000 labels per hour, our new DC350NANO runs 140.000 labels per hour, commented John Brixen, owner of Nemprint A/S...

Construction of the demo centre is nearing completion

The work is moving forward quickly so that we can soon open a demo centre for you. The external façade is ready, the passage from the production hall is cut with a huge circular saw and the floor is made. We will be able to install the machines soon.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

GM and Epson strengthen the relationship

We are proud of the new project with Epson. SurePress L-6534VW label press and the specially configured GM finisher provide an end-to-end label press solution for near line to integrated hybrid printing systems. The configuration delivers a full feature set that allows converters to automate printing operations, increase both productivity and profitability, and provide substantial cost-savings.
"Epson and GM have worked together for 10 years and are focused on highly automated robotic printing and finishing," said Mike Pruitt, product manager, Epson America, Inc.
