The fully automatic Core Cutter provides high-precision feeding and cutting of cardboard cores of optional lengths and sizes at high speeds. It is available in two lengths for cardboard cores of a maximum length of 1600 mm (63.0”) and 2000 mm (78.7”) respectively. Long experience in manufacturing core cutters has resulted in the development of a unique product prioritizing service friendliness and production speed.
The CC160/200 full automatic core cutter is operated by a user-friendly touch display with graphic symbols. It automatically adjusts all machine operations to the selected core size and wall thickness. The changeover from job to job is easily done within a few minutes.
As a unique feature, the core cutter can use both steel and nylon anvils to prolong knife life.
