The waste shredder is specially designed for inline use with GM fast slitter rewinders and finishing units as well as printing machines for removing and shredding the side trim.

The shredder efficiently shreds a variety of materials including paper, foil, film, plastics, and cardboard, and reduces them to just a few percent of their original volume.

Shredded waste goes to the long bag, which can be changed very easily and quickly. This continuous liner system affords the advantage of replacing bags in a completely sealed and dust-free manner.

  • supports slitting speeds of up to 300 m/min
  • the shredder can easily take two side trims
  • the integrated oiler makes it possible to run side trim that contains adhesive
  • long (60m) waste bag for continuous production and easy change while running
  • dust filter eliminates the environmental contamination
  • the cyclone air suction system efficiently collects the dust and thus reduces the frequency of dust filter replacement and machine downtime
  • a silencer reduces high noise from the shredder
  • easily adjustable inlet, for compatibility with various roller sizes and machines
  • low friction and low static inlet tubes increase machine efficiency and make waste collection hassle-free
  • the new design ensures a perfect fit with the current GM V4 machines
